These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between WhitegloveAI LLC, a Texas limited liability company based in Frisco, Texas (“WhitegloveAI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the person or business using ResiReels (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By accessing ResiReels, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old. If you use ResiReels for a brokerage, agency, team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. You are responsible for your account credentials, authorized users, workspace activity, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

ResiReels helps real-estate professionals plan, generate, review, approve, assemble, and export short property videos. Current workflows may include scene planning, presenter references, synthetic scene generation through Higgsfield, manual approvals, and final assembly. Features shown as unavailable, experimental, or awaiting configuration are not promised.

AI output is probabilistic. It can vary between attempts and can alter or invent details about a property, person, clothing, speech, timing, or environment. You must review every scene and completed video for accuracy, authorization, quality, and legal compliance before publishing or distributing it.

You may submit only listing photographs and property information that you are authorized to use. You must hold all rights, releases, licenses, and permissions required for every person, likeness, voice, logo, property image, recording, script, music track, brand element, and other material you submit or direct us to process.

Each presenter must personally authorize the creation and permitted use of their synthetic likeness and, when applicable, synthetic or cloned voice. You may not rely on another person’s account access, employment, or appearance in public materials as consent.

As between you and WhitegloveAI, you retain your rights in your inputs and outputs, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You grant WhitegloveAI and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, transform, generate from, store, review, and otherwise process your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. This license ends when the content is deleted from active systems, except for limited backups, legal retention, and content already processed or exported.

WhitegloveAI does not sell customer personal information.

You may not use ResiReels to create, upload, or distribute content that is deceptive, fraudulent, illegal, nonconsensual, sexually explicit, discriminatory, harassing, defamatory, politically impersonating, or infringing of privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights. You may not impersonate a candidate, public official, or other person for political persuasion or misrepresent synthetic media as authentic footage.

You must make clear, accurate disclosures that media is AI-generated or manipulated when required by law, platform rules, professional obligations, or when omission could reasonably mislead viewers. You may not bypass consent, review, safety, spending, access-control, or provider restrictions.

ResiReels currently uses Supabase for authentication, database services, and private workspace storage; Higgsfield for current scene generation; and Cloudflare for final video assembly. Stripe may process payments and Resend may deliver email only when those services are configured. Historical provider names, including HeyGen, may appear on older job or version records solely to preserve audit lineage.

Third-party services may have outages, limits, separate terms, or processing locations. We may change providers or technical methods while preserving our obligations under these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, generation time, provider availability, or that a requested output will be suitable.

Billing obligations apply only when billing is enabled for your account and you are shown applicable prices, credits, limits, and purchase terms before a charge or paid generation. Estimated generation costs may differ from final usage. Retries and regenerated scenes may consume additional credits when clearly presented before submission.

If billing is enabled, you authorize applicable charges and agree to provide accurate payment information. Except where law requires otherwise or the displayed terms state otherwise, consumed generation or processing credits are nonrefundable.

You may stop using the service at any time and may request account or data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or limit access to protect people, property, the service, or third parties; investigate suspected misuse; comply with law; address nonpayment when billing is enabled; or enforce these Terms.

We may terminate access for material or repeated violations. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms—remain effective after termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResiReels is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that generated media will accurately reproduce a property or presenter, comply with every platform rule, or meet your business objectives.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WhitegloveAI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid for ResiReels during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service.

Texas law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Collin County, Texas will have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
