This Notice supplements the ResiReels Privacy Policy and applies when WhitegloveAI LLC processes a presenter’s photos, consent recording, voice sample, or related data to support synthetic likeness or voice features in ResiReels.

Presenters must be at least 18. We do not offer a parent or guardian consent workflow. A customer or workspace administrator must not submit presenter material for a minor.

When the relevant features are enabled, presenter photographs, consent recordings, and voice samples may be processed to derive face geometry, identity-consistency signals, voice characteristics, and synthetic likeness or voice outputs. These signals help keep a requested presenter recognizable, compare whether the consenting person and submitted references appear to be the same person, or produce requested speech and video.

Verification-only face or voice matching derivatives are not retained as reusable biometric templates. ResiReels does not use this information for general identification, surveillance, account authentication, or searching for a person across unrelated databases.

Subject to enabled features and explicit consent, processing may support same-person consent verification, presenter consistency across approved scenes, voice cloning, generation or change of speech, lip synchronization, and creation of the property videos requested by the customer.

These materials are not used to authenticate a ResiReels account, determine eligibility, or identify unknown people. Any generated scene remains subject to human review and approval before publication.

Explicit presenter consent must be obtained before collecting or processing presenter source media for synthetic likeness or voice features. The presenter must personally authorize the relevant creation and use. A customer cannot provide that authorization on the presenter’s behalf merely because of an employment, agency, listing, or brokerage relationship.

Customers must accurately describe the intended use, avoid uses outside the presenter’s authorization, and honor withdrawal. WhitegloveAI may require additional verification or suspend processing when consent or authority is unclear.

Supabase supports authentication, database records, and private workspace storage. Higgsfield is the current provider for requested scene generation. Cloudflare performs final video assembly. Stripe processes billing only when configured, and Resend sends transactional email only when configured.

Historical HeyGen identifiers may remain attached to older jobs or versions for audit lineage, but HeyGen is not used for new generation. Only the information reasonably needed for an enabled and requested operation is sent to the applicable provider.

Presenter source media and consent or voice data are retained while the presenter feature remains active. After an authorized deletion request, the material is removed from active systems promptly, and remaining backup and provider copies are scheduled for deletion within no more than 60 days where technically supported, except for narrowly applicable legal retention.

Minimal facts needed to document consent, withdrawal, legal compliance, or dispute history may be retained where legally necessary without retaining source media longer than needed. Exported or externally published copies cannot be automatically recalled, and recipients or publishing platforms may retain their own copies.

A presenter may withdraw consent by contacting privacy@whitegloveai.com. Once verified and applicable, withdrawal blocks future processing covered by that consent. It does not invalidate processing that was lawful before withdrawal, erase legally required minimal audit records, or recall videos already exported or published outside ResiReels.

WhitegloveAI does not sell presenter personal information or biometric-related data and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
